I&Eye was founded in 2008 with a focus on supporting visually challenged children. I&Eye strives its best to see that children who are visually challenged from all walks of life grow into independent individuals and become capable of supporting themselves and others.
To achieve this, I&Eye designed 3 major initiatives — Akshara, Arogya, and Aahladha — to target the areas of Education, Health, and Enrichment of children's lives. Today we serve 196+ students across 6 schools in Hyderabad, Karimnagar, Kadapa, and Narasaraopeta.
Our graduates have gone on to become software engineers, teachers, bankers, lawyers, and national athletes — with 42+ students placed in professional careers across IT, education, banking, and more.

Braille literacy, spoken English, computer coaching (MS Office, internet), programming (Java, Python), career counselling, competitive exam prep, and professional courses — equipping students from school through college for independent careers.
General health checkups, eye and dental camps, ENT screenings, corrective surgeries, hygiene sessions, yoga, and emotional wellness — because healthy living leads to happiness, well-being, and productivity.
Aahladha means happiness and joy. Festivals, birthday celebrations, cricket and chess competitions, music and vocal classes, swimming, outings, and cultural events — because joy is key to life and every child deserves it.

Kavya, a visually impaired final-year degree student, balanced academics and technical skill-building with determination. Through I&Eye's Guru AI pilot program, she received specialized training in Python, SQL, AWS, Docker and more. She cleared the interview at Exafluence, started as an intern, and earned a full-time position — proving that with the right support, vision impairment is no obstacle to success in the software industry.
Harish built a strong academic base in economics, published a research journal on India's education policy, then pivoted to software development. Joining BizAcuity in late 2025 as their first vision-impaired intern, he learned React.js and Next.js, growing from a non-tech intern into someone who contributes features and thinks about architecture and UX — proving that inclusion drives innovation.
Denied entry to a regular classroom at age four due to her visual impairment, Priyanka refused to let that define her future. She learned braille, mastered computers, and excelled academically with I&Eye's support. Her passion for programming led her to master Core Java and Python. After graduation, she secured an internship — and eventually a full-time role — at J.P. Morgan Chase. Priyanka is the first girl student from I&Eye to secure a job with a global organisation.
Naveen and Balakrishnan began with contract positions at JPMorgan Chase in November 2023 and transitioned to full-time permanent software developer roles. Their journey from I&Eye to JPMC exemplifies the power of education, mentorship, and determination. Their problem-solving abilities and technical expertise impressed the hiring team, marking not just personal milestones but the transformative impact of I&Eye's mission.
Passionate about Judo since childhood, Shiva won gold at the 10th National Blind and Deaf Judo Championship 2022 in Rajasthan, beating participants from 16 states. He was selected for the Indian team to represent the country at the International Judo Championship in Tokyo. I&Eye has been supporting his training since 2013 with professional Olympian coach Mr. MA Aziz.
From an agricultural family in Thimmapur village, Mancherial district, Pramod completed his DIET at Instarem DIET College and BA at BJR Government Degree College, Hyderabad. He secured a permanent position as a Clerk at Union Bank of India — proving that irrespective of any physical challenge, one can achieve their goals with support and encouragement.
From a farmer's family in Telangana, partially challenged from birth and surviving a childhood heart surgery, Rajkumar scored 92% in his intermediate exams at Tapasya College and secured a seat at Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi — India's top commerce college. His determination and courage are matchless, aspiring to become an auditor and work for society.
Gopi lost both parents in an accident at age 5 and lived with Corneal dystrophies causing blurred vision. At an I&Eye eye camp in January 2020, doctors identified his condition and performed a cataract lens treatment. After the procedure, Gopi gained vision — he could see at 6 metres what someone with standard vision sees from 60 metres. He gained not only sight, but the confidence to live independently.
From Angadipeta village, Nalgonda district, Janaiah came from a farming family. I&Eye has been supporting him since he joined the Govt Boys High School for the Blind in 2006. After completing his 10th, Intermediate, and DIET course, he cleared TET in 2017 and the Teacher Recruitment Test, securing a permanent government teaching position — proving that with support and encouragement, anyone can achieve their goals.
From Medak district, Telangana, Sekhar came from a deprived family background. Supported by I&Eye since 2006, he finished his schooling, completed DIET, cleared TET in 2016, and appeared for the Teacher Recruitment Test. While serving as a Vidya Volunteer since 2018, he secured a permanent government SGT position — another shining example that physical challenges cannot stop determined minds.
I&Eye has been introducing computers to students from their school days and coaching them in programming languages like C and Java. InfoLogitech Pvt Ltd offered internship to I&Eye students — a landmark move where they upgraded their technical skills by working on real-time projects during a 45-day program. This opened the door to the corporate world for visually impaired technology professionals.
